Architecture as a way of reading how people actually free live sex feel about the state is such an interesting angle — you can tell a lot about a country by whether its public buildings feel welcoming or like they're looking down at you. I get a lot of my fun from the UK platform, so finding something that made me look at buildings differently was a proper surprise. The idea that people "read" the state through its architecture feels spot on, and it's the sort of thing we notice without ever naming.
